Ralph Houston provides training, coaching
and development for senior professionals so that they gain

the servicing requirements of Key Account clients; helping
them to use strategic and tactical tools to achieve the client– professional
services supplier relationship required.
In addition we work with clients to develop monitoring systems,
team processes and feedback mechanisms aimed at enhancing and evaluating
